We’re proud to share that Harland Brewing has secured a 10-year lease for a 3,400 SF restaurant space at Del Sur Town Center, furthering its expansion from tasting rooms into full-service brewpubs. Known for its clean branding and approachable, high-quality beers like the Japanese Lager and Hazy IPA, Harland will bring its signature brews to the Del Sur community alongside a full lunch and dinner menu. This new restaurant will blend the brand’s modern aesthetic with a welcoming neighborhood feel. The menu will see some updates with the addition of a recent chef hire. We’re excited to announce that Fish Shop has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,945 SF restaurant space at 236 S. Coast Highway in Downtown Oceanside, marking the brand’s fourth location following its successful spots in Pacific Beach, Point Loma, and Encinitas. Known for its relaxed coastal vibe and customizable, high-quality seafood dishes, Fish Shop is a local favorite with a strong following. This prime corner location features iconic architecture, a 1,500 square foot outdoor patio, and excellent visibility—making it an ideal home for their continued growth. Mike Spilky represented the Landlord and Tenant in this new lease transaction.

Known for its hand-crafted dumplings and time-honored Chinese recipes, this new 2,490 SF space brings bold flavors and cozy charm to one of San Diego’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Representing both the Landlord and the Tenant, Alexis Couch played a key role in bringing this flavorful destination to life.

Odie’s Pizza is now open in Downtown Oceanside at 121 North Cleveland St. Created by San Diego native Odie O’Connor in partnership with Blacktop Restaurant Group, Odie’s brings a fresh take on pizza with a blend of New York-style and Neapolitan sourdough pies, made with premium, locally sourced ingredients. With vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and a commitment to quality in every detail—from the dough to the vibe—Odie’s is poised to become a standout in Oceanside’s growing food scene.
